Shri Bhau Maharaj Niturkar was born on 15th June 1954 at Nitur in Latur District of Maharashtra, India to the holy vedic family. As a child Bhau Maharaj was very intelligent. He had a very good grasping power, owing to which he has able to learn Sanskrit language at a very early age.
Early Life & Birth
He also been a lot of Hindu literature and started chanting by Matru Verses from the holy vedic religion norms, these verses can only be chanted after the Thread ceremony, usually after the age of 8 years. Because of the strong devotion of his parents, his mother Sow Sita mother Avantikabai, performed this ceremony even before attaining adulthood as per ancient vedic prescriptions in ancient child.
Spiritual Learning
Shri Bhau Maharaj got Diksha from Guru Gajraj Narayan Maharaj and he was blessed by Siddayoga Mahayoga from his guru. Shri Bhau Maharaj dedicated his life to spread the awareness and to give 'Pravashan' (Holy Preaching) on the 'Bhagawat' which teaches the art of living.
Spiritual Guidance
The Bhagawat is holy book of memories of Lord Krishna, Bhau Maharaj has delivered over 50 pravachanes throughout India on Bhagawat in Marathi and Hindi languages. His key subject is Mahayoga, along with many other spiritual ideologies. His preaching is always full of simplicity, yet has lot of knowledge.
Teachings & Philosophy
Shrepad Shrivallabha, Lord Datta, has blessed him. The great auspicious work of writing 'Shrepad Shrivallabha Charitra' has been done by him, under lord Shrepad Shrivallabha's guidance. This book has been a guiding light to devotees ever since.
Literary Contributions
Bhau Maharaj has been honoured by India's Ex-President Mr. Shankardayal Sharma Twice, for his enormous vedic knowledge. Pratinidaysya Shri Shankardayal of Konarat yearly and Kauthumnisty have honoured Shri Bhau maharaj. Many devotees of Bhau Maharaj have been honoured by far more than 1500 programs on various spiritual subjects.
